- Custom & Premium Products: Many of our premium products are custom-made to order, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. This dedication may result in slightly longer processing times, typically between 2-4 business days.
- In-Stock Items: For reseller products that are ready to ship, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Times
We are proud to offer shipping directly from the United States, ensuring the quality and reliability you expect from Sigma Male Elements. Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability.
- Standard Shipping (5-12 business days): Applies to in-stock items and select reseller products.
- Custom Orders (10-25 business days): For custom-made or premium kits, please allow additional time for production and delivery.
We understand that timely delivery is important to you. As such, we provide tracking for every order so you can follow your purchase from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary depending on the product's size and destination, but we strive to offer competitive rates. During special promotions, we may offer free shipping on select items or orders above a certain value.
International Shipping
Currently, Sigma Male Elements ships to customers within the United States. As we expand, we plan to include international shipping options.

Return Conditions
- Unused Products: We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened Products: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether through an exchange or store credit.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our Customer Support at hello@sigmaelements.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of authorization.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs if the product was defective or you received an incorrect item.
- Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange or offer store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened skincare products
- Items marked as final sale
